If your company subscribes to any of whitson’s software platforms, then you are apart of our whitson User Community and can attend for free — training included! If not, no worries: the conference fee is $1250 USD per person, and that includes a full day of sessions, networking, and post-conference fun.

Your registration gets you access to the full conference day, including all presentations, discussions, snacks, coffee (lots of it), lunch, and the evening social events. If you're joining a training course, that’s included too if you're apart of our User Community.

We like to end the day on a fun note! After the technical sessions, there’s a happy hour at the conference center, and then we head over to Flight Club Houston for a relaxed evening of darts, food, and casual networking from 7-10pm.

Great question! If you’re coming by car, here are some helpful parking tips:

• There’s a parking garage just adjacent to the Norris Conference Center — see map for the entrances hereNorris Conference Parking Map
• Multiple entry points are shown on the map, so depending on your approach (from Town & Country Blvd, Beltway 8, etc.), you can choose the entrance that minimizes traffic.
• If parking on the third level isn’t available, you can use lower levels of the same garage or other nearby structures — still walkable to the venue.
